HR DIRECTOR / HR BUSINESS PARTNER

- management and coordination of HR department’s work;
- leading all HR functions: recruitment, assessment, training and development of staff, HR administration, C&B, motivation;
- introduction politics and procedures of HR management;
- ensuring and fulfillment control of HR department’s budget;
- interaction with control authorities;
- optimization of business processes;
- control of following labour law.

Reason of leaving: company is closed.

- Contribute to the development of all HR Policies;
- Supporting C&B, training;
- HR administration (all parts of work in several companies) and drafting of company regulations;
- Working with employees of the visa and visa free countries (attraction, registration, notification of control authorities);
- Labour protection (creation of educational programmes, regulating documents, training);
- Social activities (corporate events, excursions);
- Interaction with control authorities and funds (migration service, employment service, pension fund, compulsory health insurance);
- Consulting employees and managers on different HR related matters.

Reason of leaving: absence of career.

1) Recruitment to different level positions (placement vacancies in the media, questioning, interviewing, testing, assessing candidates);
2) Training and development (interaction with training centers);
3) Analysis and planning (formation of a personnel reserve);
4) HR administration in several companies;
5) Drafting of company regulations of labour law and health and safety;
6) Internal regulations (control departments, analysis of the causes of staff turnover);
7) Health and safety (creation of educational programme, regulating documents, training, attestation of working places).
